Soviet Walking Simulator Release Notes

There are a few things that I would still like to improve about Soviet Walking Simulator, but I reached my self-imposed deadline to release the game, so here we are.

This is my first project using the Godot engine and there are a few rough edges, but overall I think it is resembles the concept sketch:

Some of the things that I would like to improve include:

- The night sky does not have the same buildings as the day sky, because they are two stock images of entirely different locations.
- The sky texture is preventing a sun color gradient that I made from applying to the scene.
- The apartments do not have bedrooms and are somewhat empty.
- The roofs of the buildings are not decorated or accessible.
- Some of the materials are too shiny or not convincing.
- The script that I used to generate UV coordinates caused the textures to stretch in a few places.

The whole scene has about 315k polys out of a target budget of 500k, and most of them are in the hills and the trees. Both of those models are used several times and could benefit from LODs.

The source code for the game is available on Github at https://github.com/apextoaster/soviet-walking-simulator, under the MIT license. I am hoping to upload the assets soon, since I don't really have any further plans for them.
